Au cours de l’\u00e9t\u00e9, le chantier a suivi son cours, avec toutes les contraintes et pr\u00e9cautions que nous a amen\u00e9es la crise sanitaire. Les entreprises ont travaill\u00e9 sur le gros-oeuvre, et nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles de tous horizons ont continu\u00e9 le travail d’enduit, de rangement et de tri des mat\u00e9riaux. Les espaces commencent \u00e0 se dessiner, et rien ne pouvait nous faire plus plaisir !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les vitrages ont pris place dans les encadrements de fen\u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9s au cours du printemps dernier, permettant d’abriter l’int\u00e9rieur des courants d’air et de la pluie. Nous avons ainsi amen\u00e9 beaucoup plus de lumi\u00e8re dans les espaces int\u00e9rieurs qu’il n’y en avait \u00e0 l’origine. Sur la fa\u00e7ade de brique rouge, chaque ouverture vient s’int\u00e9grer dans le dessin d’origine et les reliefs de brique, afin de pr\u00e9server l’identit\u00e9 visuelle du Hangar. Plus tard, \u00e0 l’Ouest, viendront s’ajouter la serre et les jardins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A l’int\u00e9rieur, les travaux d’isolation ont commenc\u00e9 : nous avons choisi un isolant \u00e9cologique, biosourc\u00e9, biod\u00e9gradable et imputrescible, sans faire de concessions sur l’efficacit\u00e9. Il s’agit du li\u00e8ge, dispos\u00e9 en panneaux et directement viss\u00e9 sur les murs de brique. Contrairement aux isolants standard de synth\u00e8se, le li\u00e8ge ne demande pas beaucoup d’\u00e9nergie \u00e0 fabriquer (puisqu’il provient directement des arbres), ne produira pas d’\u00e9manations toxiques et ne polluera pas son environnement si d’aventure il y \u00e9tait jet\u00e9. Les parois ainsi obtenues sont ensuite recouvertes d’un enduit de corps en terre crue, qui joue le r\u00f4le de r\u00e9gulateur hygrom\u00e9trique et de pare-feu : c’est l\u00e0 que nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles font des miracles chaque week-end !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce grand espace ouvert sont venus s’empiler et s’imbriquer les diff\u00e9rents containers qui abriteront les bureaux, ateliers, cuisines et autres espaces utiles. Pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9coup\u00e9s pour m\u00e9nager portes et fen\u00eatres, ils sont tous issus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et seront eux aussi isol\u00e9s afin d’assurer un confort de vie optimal. En effet, si l’ensemble du Hangar est isol\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9server une certaine chaleur toute l’ann\u00e9e, seuls les containers et les espaces ferm\u00e9s adjacents seront directement chauff\u00e9s, pour r\u00e9duire au maximum notre consommation \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enfin, entre les containers, nous avons attaqu\u00e9 les premiers planchers qui formeront les \u00e9tages et les espaces partag\u00e9s. A l’heure d’\u00e9crire ces lignes, c’est l’\u00e9tape dite du \u00ab\u00a0solivage\u00a0\u00bb : des pi\u00e8ces de bois renforc\u00e9es de m\u00e9tal, les solives, toutes issues de r\u00e9emploi, sont fix\u00e9es sur les poutres principales qui supporteront le poids des planchers. Celui du restaurant est bient\u00f4t fini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Chantiers Participatifs sont ouverts \u00e0 toute personne majeure, en semaine et certains week-ends, en fonction des besoins du chantier. Le week-end, les enfants accompagn\u00e9s sont les bienvenus. Nous demandons \u00e0 chacun.e d’amener sa propre tenue (qui ne craigne rien !) ainsi que des gants de protection et un masque. Le gel hydroalcoolique est fourni et nous nous effor\u00e7ons de garantir la protection de chacun. Le paiement d’une cotisation d’un montant symbolique aupr\u00e8s de l’association (sur place) permet d’\u00eatre assur\u00e9.e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
