Ses aspects les plus techniques et dangereux sont accomplis par une entreprise Havraise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, Lefebvre Industrie, et nous pouvons compter sur nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles pour le reste !<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-7l1vp\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _78FBa _3_La3 _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape fut le percement des grandes baies qui am\u00e8neront toute la lumi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire au sein des espaces de vie et de travail. Les murs de briques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sci\u00e9s de part en part sur presque toute leur hauteur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-3gnn1\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _78FBa _3_La3 _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Ces ouvertures ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 encadr\u00e9es par des cadres et des corni\u00e8res en acier visant \u00e0 accueillir les fen\u00eatres qui viendront s&rsquo;y loger. D\u00e9coup\u00e9s sur mesure et peints lors des chantiers participatifs, ils garantiront la solidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"viewer-4fivm\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1atvN _1FoOD _78FBa _3_La3 _1atvN public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">La toiture a \u00e9galement fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;interventions : en simple bac acier, elle n\u00e9cessite d&rsquo;\u00eatre isol\u00e9e et perc\u00e9e pour installer les fen\u00eatres de toit. A ce stade, les ouvriers ont mont\u00e9 le support d&rsquo;isolation entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de charpente et les premi\u00e8res fen\u00eatres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es. Cette op\u00e9ration n&rsquo;est pas simple : nous avons choisi de conserver la charpente d&rsquo;origine, ce qui nous oblige \u00e0 prendre en compte la charge maximale qu&rsquo;elle peut supporter.
